Hi there. Amazing playing. Very inspiring. I have a question though.
The first departure from theka at about 1.15...
This gets introduced without any bass for a few cycles and then bass comes in.
I've always seen this but had learnt that in theory khali should always be displayed in the cycle.
When you bring the bass in there is no khali vibhag being played.. there is bass on all vibhags.
How come you are playing it this way? Sounds great.. just don't know where the cycle is any more.

Hi McPavan, thanks for the comments, you are right my Guru ji was from the Punjab Ghrana, his name was Professor Darshan Singh Paras and was a disciple of Ustad Mian Qadar Bax.
