Over the next few years we will be making over £160 million worth of investment in our city centre campus in Coventry. This development will help to make sure that we continue to provide the best facilities and spaces for our students; enabling us to collaborate with business and research with cutting-edge innovation.
This film shows some of the potential ideas and design concepts for our new buildings, public spaces and how the university will transform Coventry, UK, over the next few years.
Please note that the illustrations are not the final designs. Please visit http://wwwm.coventry.ac.uk/university/masterplan/Pages/Themasterplan.aspx for more information about the Coventry University campus masterplan
I think the plans look great and it's just what that part of the city needs. I am sick of people dissing Coventry and the University. We should be supporting what they are doing as the development work will mean lots of jobs for people who need them at the moment.

oh dear, when will people learn that you can't polish a turd? the whole campus needs flattening, and some of the proposals there are crushingly disappointing. hope is restored at the end of the video but some of what is proposed (such as the new building on the Sky Blue Way island) make you lose the will to live. when will these people learn?! no more cheap, shoddy, grey-clad monstrosities please. please!

Looks like more cheap crap for the centre of Cov. And it'll all dead during summer when the students are away. That Uni Campus needs a good dose of napalm, not more bloody paving slabs and crap glass frontages.

Pretty lame architecture and designs, and what is all that Multi-storey carpark stuff about? Junction 3 is overloaded as it is.
Not impressed.
