  • work those quads.. replicate the movement of picking up for te guruma.. amd for morote seoi nage.. it looks like your dropping the hammer.. so you use the trieps and back.. i mean for the te.. u use triceps and back too but.. if you keep the form of a straight wrist..it will strengthen the wrist.. so replication of the movement is the key.. wel to me it is.. make your body feel like your doing the moves...

    and moves get memorized through repetition but. planted during stress.
