Thank you! I love curry and lima beans so this looks fantastic -and you're right...they're incredibly healthy...low glycemic index, high in magnesium and folic acid, and also lysine so they make a complete protein with rice. Thank you! :-D

All pressure cookers are different but one whistle can be anywhere from 1-3 minutes after the cooker has reached full pressure.
