Scion Hako Concept Car. New York Auto Show. Part One of Two
Combine a boxy Scion xB with a classic American hot rod, shrink it down considerably and you've got the Hako Coupe concept. The Hako Coupe features squinty LED headlights, a vertical windshield and a flat, transparent roof adorned with a very large barcode that Scion says could be a point of customization in future models. The interior houses an orange driver seat and black passenger seats surrounded by a variety of audio and video gadgetry that includes trackball and joystick-like controls. It's an Audi front end welded onto a 1st gen XB then partially squashed in a car crusher! I LIKE IT!

Hako means "box" in Japanese. So yes Lunch Box on Steroids is a good analogy :) I want it.
