Apple laptop redesigns and a lower price

From the MacBook Pro redesign to a $999 laptop offering, there were no
real surprises at Apple's media event at company headquarters in Cupertino,

so as long as you go from almost $1100 to almost $1000 its a budget machine? Who comes up with a figure like that and calls it budget! My $600 machine runs the mac os faster, smoother and more efficiently than the mac's own "specialized" hardware.. it's outrageous
