We have no funding for School, No jobs but we still have to pay for this cheap show and publicity from Anthony family, out of control media, free unwanted experts and greedy lawyers.

That's what I was thinking. Take notes and do the same thing? Start off with well known high priced and then file for State funds and claim unfair so you won't be denied. Yeah then they say well they are being discriminated against if she gets it and they don't.

Casey deserves a fair trial because it's the law and if she isn't given one, justice for Caylee won't be served. But, Casey in my opinion should have a public defender. Every future defendant could now argue he/she wants the best of the best for free! The law should state that a lawyer MUST be paid for his/her services period. If not able to pay, a public defender is offered and used. Everyone can now claim unfair trial because they couldn't afford the best, whats good for Casey is good for all.

I think a public defender would be just fine for Casey. That is what any other indigent person would get.
Those lawyers ought to do it pro-bono and chalk it up to free advertising just for being on her case.

Right, especially if she manages to get off. A future defendant could argue he/she didn't get a fair trial because he/she couldn't afford the "Best" and noone donated their time to him/her. A lawyer shouldn't be allowed to donate their time in my opinion. This is why we have public defenders. But now, because of Casey Anthony, and especially if she is acquitted, everyone could claim discrimination.
Not to mention the previous clients.
