Just hunt him down, in a car chase, let your partner shoot his tires

(02:18) Destination - McCaffrey's Apartment - There are 4 clues

Clue 1: Look at the mailboxes on the left, to discover McCaffrey is at apartment 6
Clue 2: The other half of the torn letter on the desk
Clue 3: Bloody shirt on the floor
Clue 4: Blooded tire iron (TIP: Make sure you inspect this last as it will trigger the next cutscene for you to go to the roof to apprehend McCaffrey)

(05:13) Chase & Apprehend Grosvenor McCaffrey

(07:42) Destination - Central Police Station

(08:25) Interview room 1: Interrogate James Tiernan

Q1: Relationship with victim: LIE - evidence: Victim last seen
Q2: Victim's book found: DOUBT
Q3: Alibi for James Tiernan: LIE - evidence: Liquor purchase
Q4: Access to murder weapon: DOUBT

You will now have 2 options, Charge suspect or Leave interrogation, You must leave interrogation if you want to achieve 5 stars rating
