In this episode I make a yummy, double layer carob/chocolate kitty-cat cake with cherries. Wheat free (kamut), absolutely delicious! Part 1 is the cake, Part 2 is the cake and icing. This is just the icing and "assembling the cake" episode.

Nice to see that you are back. How do you like your new apartment? The cake looks good and the icing is interesting. Does the icing stay put if you don't freeze it?

My new apartment is great, sadly it is still unfinished :( The cake was awesome (we ate it all by now!). The icing stays put without freezing, it looks gloopier than it is, I just like how it all tastes cold, I am not sure why exactly but try it out and you will see what I mean!

Ingredients for a single batch of icing (the video is a double):

- 1 c water

- 5 tbsp of flour

(heat on stove until thick, cool)

- 1 c icing sugar

- 4 tbsp vegan margarine

- 1 tsp vanilla

- pinch of salt

- 3 tbsp of cocoa (or carob)
