Pink Slime For School Lunch!

Via The Huffington Post: "Pink slime -- that ammonia-treated meat in a bright Pepto-bismol shade -- may have been rejected by fast food joints like McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burger King, but is being brought in by the tons for the nation's school lunch program. Food is food. It's just as healthy (Read: NOT unhealthy) as non-treated beef... The only reason why there are so many people so against pink slime is because it's called "pink slime."

Beef trimmings doesn't sound nearly as disgusting as pink slime.
