it's more of a police term i hear when i get stopped. lol never been arrested, caught in the act, but stopped walking (dropped my shit as i had a feelin it was po) n they didnt find the tools like 10 feet away from them. they were to occupied searchn my person n questioning bullshit. waited n walked back n pickd my tools back up n bombd the rest of the night.
