Original concept by Rob Oplawar.
Adapted in the form of an app by Limited.
When the player's health and shield are low a blur effect occurs. It uses Halo's built in blur ability.
Effect in the video has been over the top so to make it visible that its changing, it is done with no scripts instead using an app which allows it to work on any map and gives the user full control of how much blur should be applied.
This app is still in development stages.
