To fix this use PiTiVi , mencoder, or DEVEDE to re-encode the video ... this will work..

@frvfilms This is how every video I've tried upload to youtube, ...
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS does work well when it comes to video's at all...
And I have no clue how to fix it... But Linux distro's all way have had problems with video, and sound ...
