I ward off dementia, but give myself high blood pressure, and a weak failing heart. Nice toss up.
Here's a thought: Meditate to get rid of the bs, and exercise your mind by reading and doing word searches.
Leave it to the news to shovel that big of a load.
And btw, what kind of waste of time study is that? And how does it get funded? WTF
