  • pretty good shape lifting 53lb bells with such eas! how much do you weigh...195 or so?

  • On the money. 195.

Yeah those 53s are brutal for this circuit.

  • i am/was an athlete so im a good judge of weight and height and such lol, you looked near my size and i was judging your weight based on you possibly my height 5'11 or atleast near it. im about 210. we have pretty much the same build i just probably have slightly more body fat than you lol. i really want to buy the 53lb kettlebells. how much would a set be or atleast a piece?

  • We sell them for $70 a piece on our website. It costs $13.50 for shipping.

  • ive been slowly incorporating a few kettlebell exercises into my regular weight training routine, but lately ive been interested in doing some strictly kettle bell routines. question about these videos, do you complete this circuit once and thats it? am i supposed to do this circuit, then move on to the second circuit in the same day? the routines just seem short.

basically im having a hard time figuring out which workouts and how many of them to do at the gym in one session.

  • What brand kettlebell are you using? I have "Caps" brand and they have a very small flattened area for the base. It makes them pretty unstable for doing Renegade Rows. Great videos, thanks!

  • @saltzjoe10 A traditional men's starter weight is 35 lbs/16 kg/1 pood (pronounced "pud"). But, if the 20 pounder works for ya, stick with it for now.

  • strength and circuit should never even be used in the same sentence

  • what's a good starter weight for kettlebells. i am 5'11 175lbs. i just got one 20 lb. kettlebell. if I could only get one weight for overall strength, not really for power too much, what weight would you suggest getting?

  • Thanks so much for posting these videos. The gym I go to rarely has any classes incorporating kettlebells. I've lost 60lbs and I"m looking to lose about 30-40 more. This is a great help!!!!

  • Nice training circuit. Try to give that a shot in the gym sometime next week

  • love the music

  • So, I just finished the month-long beginner kettlebell plan you guys have on your website, and now I'm going to do the same program, but with the strength circuits rather than the beginner ones. Today was my first day and this one took me about 25-30 minutes with warmup. Great workout and I am dead tired. Keep posting... you guys are awesome!!!!!

  • good workout, how many sets?
