Chitlins are becoming a dying breed.If I was him I would do what he is doing then boil the chitlins several times to make sure they are clean, before I start cooking them. I only trust my moms with chitlins, and no one else, because you have to be extremly clean to cook chitlins and have good eyes and a strong insides to clean chitlins good. I love Chitlins, and I only eat them only once out the year.
Great video, I enjoyed the tunes, but the music was louder than you were. I was courious to know if this type of video would show up on youtube. My uncle brought over his bucket to be cleaned for the umpteenth year and I thought to make my own. My uncle felt that it was a silly idea, but now he sees your video and wants me to go ahead and create my own. Overall, we enjoyed watching your skillls on video. happy Holidays.
There's a filipino recipe for deep fried chitterlings thy kinda come out like pork rinds. The problem is they tend to be too thick and too fat. I wanna try make em and clean them this way. See if we could knock out a few extra kill points. :). Thanks for the video. Less music next time please. Lol
