Belief can be compelled by evidence, only, never by physical force, which can do no more than persuade a person to PROFESS belief. That's evidently good enough for Islam, for which it seems sufficient to have mercenaries under obligation to fight and die when called upon. Islam isn't out to win minds. It's out to win bodies. Where questions are discouraged (Qur'ān 5:101-2) and apostasy is a capital crime, belief is not at issue. Being a Muslim doesn't happen in the mind. It happens in the body.

If beleif really were compelled by evidence then the theory of evolution would have ended all three Abrahmic religions. The fact is that faith is belief IN SPITE of evidence to the contrary.

Muslims surely do adore their fictions, in the present instance: "west...has killed millions of muslims. made millions homeless, widows.orphans." Evidently, if someone of the West is within five miles of a Muslim murder, it's his fault. I'm sure you know the majority of the killings in both Iraq and Afghanistan are at Muslim hands. But you also know that words have the power to override facts. Counting on the power of word-created prejudice, the Taliban cynically kill Muslims in Pakistan.

You also forget that during the dark ages in Europe when the Christians burned any book critical of Christianity, it was the Muslims who kept the knowledge from being lost.
