I live in Oklahoma, and as you should know, Oklahoma has the worst soil ever. It's like hitting off of a thin layer of grass with Terra-Cotta under it. If I were to take a divot I would think that all my power would have gone to the ground. Should I just keep brushing it off the grass?
hahahahahahahahahaha browski im right there with ya meadowbrook country club is where i play wbu? and im the same way but i learned by watching lee travino video and he grew up in texas where soil sucks to.. He said speed up and the end and DONT DIP! he said that is how he does it.
The idea of hands ahead of the ball is a misconception that's seen only from the face on view of the swing. Looking at the same position from the rear you would see that the hands have also travelled around the body to the left. So they're not only ahead of the ball, they are ahead of it and to the left of it in relation to the target line- this is the squaring or closing aspect of the motion. They're never ahead in a straight line to the target- a very important distinction.. hope it helps
