i hope its okay to give out my opinion as a viewer. personally i feel like your videos are like those commercial advertisements that try to sell me products. Probably because of your voice and facial expression. :/ dont take it too offence but you should relax a bit.

Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

I believe you made a valid point by saying that, we will not loose weight or do anything in the lines of change, until we want too! I agree and it wasn't until I made up my mind last year to begin this weight journey did I see the weight drop. Which is helping me drop emotional baggage.

какая ты молодец)спасибо тебе за видео.я тоже хочу не много сбросить вес,но я планирую,мечтаю откладываю на завтра,но это завтра не наступает...а хочется свою мечту воплотить в реальность,как говорил Гёте*хотеть не достаточно,надо действовать* изменит жизнь в наших только в руках,если мы себе не поможем не кто за нас это не сделает.
