Someone actually took a heart attack playing a piece, it wasn't this piece though. Probably would of though.

Au dela de toute appréciation critique : là l'esprit triomphe de la matière et l'on est joyeux quand on écoute Cziffra. Devraît être remboursé par la sécurité sociale.

Oh, I forgot to mention one thing about the other Cziffra version I speak of below. At the 2 m 38 s mark, he does something totally Lisztian you've got to see. I won't spoil it for you here, but let's just say that he goes beyond being a mere virtuoso to a showman. The final flourish has something of Liszt in it, too: Cziffra raises his right arm dramatically from the keyboard, and with a satisfied smile on his face, turns and looks at the camera, as if to say, "Think you can do this?!"

Hey, folks, you think this is good? You think he owns this piece? Well, yes he does, but I've found something better. No, seriously. Cut and paste the following into the search window: Cziffra plays Grand Galop Chromatique by Liszt. You think he owns it here, but he REALLY owns it in that performance. One nice thing about that version is you get to see his face more, which is really intense. The only thing wrong that I can see is a bit of uncombed hair. LOL
I've never heard anyone get such an explosive sound as Cziffra does. I wonder how many bass strings he broke over his career...
