@IshidaChosokabe I can understand you saying that a love for a child is the most powerful and convincing, and you'd be right, but trust me, a brotherly/sisterly love never dies. It doesn't matter how long they've been missing or dead, it doesn't die at all.

Anyone else cry during the story for this game? Just beat it a couple times today and I started to cry. I haven't cried over characters in a game in years. Wtf.

@SmallTimeHalo I agree, I think it's simply a lot more convincing. I mean a brother? So desperately wanting to save his sister who disappeared five years ago? Sorry, I think even brother/sister-love dies after years of insecurity about the other's survival. But a child is worth his father's life. Real parents never forget and never give up their child. NEVER.
