  • If it weren't for the evil teachers' unions, all the good, little children would go to the library to study and do their homework. They would eat their vegetables and drink their milk, too.

The only people making money in education are the administrators, educational consultants, computer software and publishing companies!

  • @MsJanetWood

This country spends, on average, $10K a year.

I gurantee you I could teach my kid better for that amount of money than you can.

But I rest assured that your teacher's union will do everything in it's power to not let that happen and continue to cheat our children out of their futures.

  • @MsJanetWood

This is a stupid set of analogies and they were stupid when you copy and pasted the saem excact comments on at least three other videos.

Yet again, another person who does wnat people to be accountable.

    Teachers job is to teach.

If you can't do that, get the hell out of the way and let someone else in who can.

I'm sure you can find another union protected job where you can sit back and not care about the quality of the job you ar doing.

  • Dear Ms. Michelle Rhee,

I would like to inform you of a job opening at McGavock High School in Nashville Tennessee.

An Algebra teacher, Mr.Donald Wood recently was let go . . . Perhaps, this is your opportunity to prove that you are just not an arm-chair quarterback. I want to see you do it! 3 months! That is all!

Hey, if you think you're qualified to evaluate teachers, then, you should be able to teach, right?

    Sincerely yours,

    Ms. Janet Wood

(no relation to Mr. Donald Wood)

  • Would you BLAME the POLICE OFFICER working in a HIGH CRIME AREA?

Would you BLAME the DOCTOR working in a hospital with a lot of SICK people?

Would you BLAME the LAWYER working with a lot of CRIMINALS?

Would you BLAME the BORDER PATROL AGENTS for all the ILLEGAL ALIENS that are crossing the border?

Would you BLAME the SOCIAL WORKER with a lot of WELFARE CASES?

    NO? Why not?

Because there are other FACTORS beyond their control! STOP BLAMING THE TEACHERS!

    DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

  • @FTWEVEREYONE DC schools scores have improved 14 points in reading and 17 points in math during her barely 4 years there. what she does works, so it's the teachers who should find new jobs.

  • OMG, George Parker, are there not other competant teachers out there in this world? Sometimes it's just easier AND BETTER to buy new than to repair that tube tv!!!!
