cool, whats the name of the launch ramp area, or exit form fwy?

where do you go and launch your boat? is it free and can you go fast on the inside of the bay?

@stjernefodt I take the outboard off the boat in the shallow water, with the shaft in the lowered position, then I walk it over to the tailgate of my Toyota Tundra and lay it on some foam pads or cushions. Then I slide the outboard to the top of the bed and tie it down. The boat can be slid right up onto the bed. I strap it down as well. I do this process all by myself.

I got a 07 9.8 tohatsu how fast do you think ill go on a 12 6" inflatable?
I launch the boat from the launch ramp usually, I park near the edge of the water and pull the boat out (of the truck) into the water. I have also parked 50 ft or so from the water in a parking lot and walked the boat to the beach with a friend. There is a part of Mission Bay that is open speed area.

do you know how fast a 2 stroke nissan 9.8 would go on the same boat?? i have a 10 foot zodiac..the motor is like a 1999

@MrOceanfisher this will go faster than the one in the video I think cause the outboard weighs less, has better acceleration, (if it runs good) and Zodiac makes a better inflatable boat than most.

How do you transport and lay down your motor when you remove it from your dinghy?
