Thank you but I have a question: If the supply shifts to the left, does it mean the quantity supplied will decrease and quantity demanded will increase thus the price is gonna go up?

I have a question for my class.... whats the difference between these equations?
Qd=50-5P , Qs=-10+5P
and
P=10-.2Qd , P=2+.2Qs ... If anyone know this, please get back to me asap, thanks alot
