Site of the inaugural year of the Street Art Showcase

On Saturday, September 24th, 2011, an inagural groundbreaking exhibition of street art will take place at Toronto Metro Hall. Art from around the world and of all genres will be projected onto the city wall. In addition, there will be an all day street art festival at each venue that will include street artist demonstrations, workshops, question and answers open to the public free of charge. The top rated works by the public will be commissioned to have the art painted on designated walls throughout the city. The first commission will take place in October 2011 and be the recepients of the 21 and under category. They will be mentored by world renowned artist 'Ludzer Vandermolen'.
