Use a debit card or cash. You don't spend what you don't have. Everybodys a victim it seems. Take responsibility for for your own actions. One is not forced to take and use credit cards.

I think both parties are to blame. Consumers should take more responsibility, however credit card companies agressively target the vulnerable; young students and people with no financial maturity. Its like dangling drugs infront of a crack ho. Who's at fault here? Is it the pusher who actively waves the drugs under the nose of the ho? Or is it the ho that is incapable of making decisions for herself?
