Thanks for sharing. I was diagnosed w/ scoliosis @ 13. had surgery, fused upper lumbar, 2 harrington rods, then 11 years later, rods infected so had to have them removed... always worked out my back, but not good at stretching, and having lower back pain. Heard about Egoscue, but glad someoe with similar background has tried it. Now i'm hopeful!! Thanks!!
