You don't have to be in good shape to participate. It's actually a pretty easy going ride. people are out there with beach cruisers even.

Where I live, theres red lights every couple of feet along with stop signs. You try riding a bike and stopping constantly. Your obviously not a biker.

Bike riders are required to stop at all red lights whether the like it or not! Oh and I ride myself. This is about disrupting the public more than riding and you know it.

Because if we stopped at red lights there would be massive accidents. And sharing the road with cars would be really difficult and increase accidents.

well by the video you can tell they meet at the big fountain in Balboa park. They meet the last Friday of each and EVERY month.
Next ride is on Jan. 30th. Nice and cold night for a good ride.
