Cold showers are incredible!! They are the a must for anyone who wants to invigorate their bodies and minds. I practise the cold shower daily and it's great!! Hard when u first go in but your body and mind adapts and is purified!?,

@vitalcoaching: No, what you do does not bother me at all. I appreciate people who aren't afraid to try alternative styles of therapy for whatever... The "dew rag" is something we see black men wear and was just wondering... The red dot is something also we never see in our parts. I hope it helps. Hey, the cold shower did perk me up though...will try it even colder tomorrow. Thanks and continued happiness to you. :)

@wigwamman1 Why not ;) - I practice and try all sorts of energy techniques - the red dots is something I have been testing for chakra clearing and activation... does that bother you? curious...

@The3nlightened0ne I don't know - I usually do up to 30 seconds - The best is to try and experiment with smaller steps and see how your mind and body respond

Francisco, do you do the same in winter? I mean when is very very cold outside and you live in a house with no heating? Is it safe? I have been taking cold showers since I've seen this video for the first time, about one month and I really enjoy it; but now is summer time..
Another question is, Does it has to be full cold water? I turn the tap almost to the end but full cold water is very chilly indeed, II is safe to completely turn the tap full to the cold ?What about winter?

@pimkytraviesa @wigwamman1 yes, I do that in winter as well when its' freezing outside and it's quite cold in the shouse - the more I practice this kind of things, the stronger I feel my body and immune system get - If you have doubts, I would recommend starting with smaller steps - yes, not turning the cold tap all the way to max, or limiting the time you are under the shower (like I often do - around 10 sec) are all possible options - Trust your instincts
