"Apple's new Core i7-based iMac might be a performance monster, but it looks like the whole family's having some problems getting out of the gate: in addition to the previously-noted performance issues with the Core 2 Duo models, a quick glance across Apple's support forums and on other Mac boards around the web reveals that some machines are showing up DOA and / or with cracked screens." -endgagdet-
I guess Steve could not silence every Apple user LOL
W7 is simply a fantastic OS. I have been using it since the beta and now have the full version. Not one issue with it. Stable. Fast. Great features. It's the reason Apple is on the Attack. W7 is not having the same issues Vista had at launch. It's solid. That is scaring Apple big time. Moreover since the first 2 updates for Vista, Vista is also rock solid. If you have a capable PC Vista 64 is amazing now. It sucked ass big time and i mean big time when it launched. After the updates:SOLID
Considering after the brutal Vista launch, Apple could not gain market share even after that. With the bad press Vista got Apple still could notincrease its share beyond what it always had. W7 launch has been successful and the OS is stable as Leopard and getting great reviews. So Apple is shitting because most likely its market-share from 9% will most likely drop lower due to W7 being received better then Vista. Notice how Apple ads are not stating W7 being unstable as they did XP and Vista?
