@CatZilla2007 It's to sybolise penetration. Not joking too. I studied this back in my college days when vdoing Media Studies. There's alot of sexual references in this movie like the giant monster that looks like a penis chasing a symbolic virgin through a tight tunnel, the fact they all wear black leather and they enjoy to inflict pain on people.

May seem like i am just stating this to be sick but no i'm not. It's all symbolic.
