"Oh, pregnant, is she? So that's why she looks like she's floating off the floor!" -this is the joke. Filipino jokes are usually exaggerated insults and includes wordplay.Don't take my word on it, it will sound funny if you're a Filipino living in the Philippines. :)

The guy playing the joker in this film passed away years ago.

This is a very, verry old film.

Both of these guys passed away years ago and this film was actually 1991.
