Wow! Excellent video. My wife is having this procedure tomorrow morning. After watching this video it made both of us feel alot more at ease. Wish that Dr. Kang worked here in Omaha Nebraska. I've talked with people who have had this procedure and for some it works and others it did not. We will find out tomorrow if this helps my wife with her leg and calf pain.

Hi my name is nighthauler cb name i am going to get mine lumbar epidural ijection done soon i hope because i have plate in my neck and lower spine and here in the past few months are so i have been getting nonthing but pain in my neck mainly and now since the cold weather is almost here thats not going to help either but i guess you do what you gotta do right too get better and i went to the er last 2 fridays ago and had bad micraine headaches and stress from pain so we see how it goes with me .

For the word "cortisone", you wrote "cortizone", and for "vertebrae", you wrote "vertibrae", both of which are incorrect. You may know your stuff, but a medical practitioner misspelling medical terms makes me slightly uneasy.

I'll be admitted to hospital on Monday & I've heard they may be giving me an epidural to numb below the waist, because I have a bizarre condition with my right foot (the slightest touch, even with a hair, is excruciating & I've not been able to move my foot without severe pain). The whole point is to make my foot easier to move, but I'm nervous about getting it done, because I'm reminded of a time where I had to have 2 lumbar punctures in a row (1st time failed).  Is an epi the same as a LP?

This was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! After having 4 epidurals for my kids....and a blood patch on my spine (cos the last epidural outshot its target and I leaked spinal fluid) I'm dreading having this procedure done! I have 4 discs that are basically non existant, maybe due to wear and tear, don't know really. Due to have this done soon, I needed to watch it tho! Thanks :-)
