I regret that you have been so mislead. You are incorrect. The evil at ENRON began with Reagan deregulation. I was there when it began and the ENRON management spent hundreds of millions buying mostly Republican politicians that controlled Congress during the CLinton years. I have no love for the Clintons but it was Bush and ONLY Bush and the NEOCONS that aided Enron. Provide you email address and I can send you TONS of undeniable proof.

While Enron was Bush's main contributor, it was actually Bill Clinton who allowed Enron, pulling them out of bankruptcy with a government contract to India. All the corporate corruption happened on Slick Willey's watch and was prosecuted under Bush's. That should tell you something!

Each year, HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS are handed out for CORPORATE WELFARE. It makes ANYTHING done for the poor look like chump change. Example: in the last four out of five years they were in business, ENRON who was Bush's sugar daddy paid NO TAXES AT ALL and then stole the life savings of 24,000 employees and scammed SIXTY-EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS from the employees and share holders and STILL has not paid their taxes. VERY, VERY few of the ENRON criminals have seen a court room or a jail cell.
