@budi2b i clearly wrote the bit where it vibrates, Its a slow vibration letting the deaf know its not safe to cross, when its safe to cross the vibration gets alot faster

@budi2b the center of the arrow has a sensitive metal piece and when it makes a noise that metal peice vibrates - re read what i wrote about the vibration parts it answers your question,

yer here australia we have them helps the blind and the deaf people, the center of the arrow has a sensitive metal piece and when it makes a noise that metal peice vibrates and when your allowed to cross it makes that fast ticking now and it vibrates alot faster which alerts the blind and deaf to cross
