I can record Crysis with fraps full size at very high, 1080p and 4xAA with 60 fps.. All thanks to my GTX 480 and GTX 275 as dedicated Physx. Yet, that is a cheap technique.. good for making videos with average to low end systems tho'..

so 30fps are smooth and good playable? or are there still performance problems or little delays?

he obviously used the Crysis "dif_*level*" modification to allow for unlimited energy and health, and that can also allow for weapons mods.

no problem

Um.., but how about if our computer isn't powerful enough to run that game on 30 fps? Can this trick works on that computer that can't run crysis on 30 fps? Anyway, thx for the reply, nice to meet you!

yea it should work. As long as you meet the minimum requirements to run Crysis it should work just fine.

wow, how to make it constant at 30 FPS? It's the same as our eyes, right? ( correct me if I was wrong )

What I did was typed in the in game console (press the ~ key) "con_restricted 0" (without quotes) hit enter and then type, fixed_time_step 0.033333. That will make the game run at 30 fps. When I record it i use FRAPS and select no sync with the video. When playing the game it is like playing in slow motion because it is showing all the frames. When you watch the video though it is in normal speed. You can set the graphics settings way up too because it will work fine.

it looks like you manually sped the video up. that would be why you cut the audio from it so nobody notices the fast audio speed. that and the gun just seems to fire way too fast to be normal.

That is not what i did. You must not have understood the description that I put on the video. I was not trying to hide anything. Yes things do seem to be going fast but not because i sped up the video.
