On February 25, 1991 a shore-based launcher fired two Silkworm missiles at the USS Missouri (BB-63) which was in company with the USS Jarrett (FFG-33) and HMS Gloucester.
A Sea Dart missile from the Gloucester shot down one Silkworm and the other missed, crashing into the ocean.
