  • @AirCanada04

Lol, it wasnt a copy. you shouldnt assume that, look at the front window design, look at the way the plane is tilted, listen to the sound. Is it the same? no.

Sure, it was SIMILAR, but not a copy. The fact that the plane had 4 engines at the back does not make it a copy at all. The il-62's wing set up was completely different. In fact, opposite to this planes.

    It's not a copy.

  • Love it. Been on the one for Air Malawi back in the day and it was awesome

  • LIKE A UGLY OLD STINKY SMELLING STREET BITCH!!!

    BUT WHAT AN AWESOME SOUND!!!

  • what a pro video

  • @evilhendrix2 Russians always copy British aircraft, so the Vickers VC-10 is probably the first.

  • What came first the VC-10 or the Il-62?

  • What a beauty!

  • @MrJheberle Yes I agree. A beautiful looking aircraft out of its time - and still the best, even by today's standards. My dad used to work on the "Super VC10s" at Heathrow (Internal Block A) and he used to take me around to look at them in the hangar. WOW. Years later (1971) I bought one, but I had to put it together myself - Vickers stopped making them, but "Airfix" still continued.

  • Brilliant. I used to travel on those as a kid to Africa. Can you tell me what camera you had for that shoot. Im having problems trying to use h.d. Cheers.

  • No doubt about it vrf802!
