Ponca Police Dept nabs 2 Teens in window shooting spree

Two juvenile males, ages 16 and 17, were arrested by Police overnight for vandalism. The teens were located at Ash and Cleveland just before 5am. They were charged with multiple counts of Destruction of Private Property. They were arrested in connection with a report that Police received from Wendy's at 8:10pm reporting the windows of the business had been shot at and damaged with what was believed to be a BB or pellet gun. The reporting party from Wendy's was able to provide a vehicle description which helped the Officers locate the '99 Red Dodge pickup.

Police believe the teens were also involved in damages caused by BB's at the Rent A Center at 2101 N 14th and Bowker Ford at 2415 N 14th.

Both teens were released to their parents with a Promise to Appear.




The investigation is continuing.
