@TigersPops shoulder pads are for protection too and not for hitting, so should we not hit with them either. the rule is bs for the defense because if youve ever player football you know you cant tackle without your head being there

And this is why it's a fine, (and should be an ejection), in the NFL if you lead with your helmet. A helmet is for protection, not for hitting. There are lots of video's of Taylor laying illegal hits, but here he leads with the shoulder and knocks the freaking snot out of the TE. Well done here. Athletes of this caliber are completely capable of never leading with their helmets.
