Chess opening disaster against the London system

There does seem to be a weakness in the Bishop move.Aftewr e3, the Bishop is "trapped" in its own little yard.
It's like having a dog while living on the highway. If it steps off the curb (or is helped with, say, Nh5) perhaps a truck will come along and squash the beggar (NxB)
With the dog, is sad.
But the Bishop?
Black won't be crying about it, long.
Hustle the QN over and up to f6, though, for defense.
...or, in my opinion...a small thing, I'm sure.

i make my own systems
try it sometime.
something new works better than a system you can get on youtube and find it easy and learn how to counter

@dragonheadofthewest nope, we just have the same style for picking youtube nicknames :) I am more of an endgames guy, but have been studying openings more intensely lately ...

@chessvideoguy yeah but it was not that special.. thats normal attackin lines.. really reminds me of zuckertort and many other openings...

The London system is very dangerous if you're playing against it. Thats why i use it quite often.
I love how weak some of you so called chess players are. You learn systems and then can't deal with something new. Chess is more than learning systems.

@DLPBurke When two players play, and player A is familiar with the opening, and player B is not, player A tends to score better. The opening is not my favorite part of the game, so when being under prepared, I probably collapse more often than others would ...

@chessvideoguy why didnt you exchange dark squared bishops? i mean if you plenned to play on the queen side wouldnt that bishop be annoying to you anyway?? i mean im a weaker player.. also he had white, isnt exchanging pieces good for black??

@iluvmycousin2much I did not really have much of a chance to exchange those dark squared bishops, did I? Also possibly if position would simplify enough, Black may even have some play against that White dark squared bishop (since most of White's pawns are on the same color as that bishop).
