  • I am still waiting for an analysis of the LETTERS? not an overview of the case...

  • Dr. Van Nuys...thanks for the videos. I like the content, but you could stand to spruce these up a little bit...such as using the "still photograph documentary" style where you narrate while stills of the crime scenes and letters you're referring to are panned and zoomed on video.

  • Thanks Doc! Can I ask, have you ever looked at the Santa Rosa hitchhiker murders? I think the SR police at one time were contemplating whether or not it could have been the Zodiac. But they also had Bundy in mind as well because of his proximity.. I think he lived nearby or in the Russian River area of Sonoma Co.

I have more interest in the Zodiac because I grew up during all of this and my dad was ALA's neighbor on Santa Rosa Av in SR. I must have been within spitting distance many times...

  • I don't understand the problem, I personally like his videos, it's really in depth.

  • @Durlwanger He was very careful never to use the same weapon twice...be it by gun, or knife, or rope. He said it himself.

  • @Durlwanger Do you think it could have been George Hodel?

  • I'm sick and tired that, in every videos, he repeats the same things.....He's also not afraid of self-promotion, which is annoying

  • The killer went from a .22 to a 9 mm. Why ? He wants to be sure they die and fast. He also likes guns. I bet he has quite a few. He didn't use a revolver on the 2nd victims and he picked a military ammo. I'd say he was x-military. Maybe dishonorably discharged.

The killer says "murder" because he wants to make it clear that he is hunting for sport and it is not about revenge or a psychological pathology. Also, the link between the first 2 killings is likely not coincidence. He is from there.
