Over a year working out on that thing and you're still not in shape. And you're only down ten pounds? And for the low, low price of $15 THOUSAND dollars at that. Get off that thing and do some pushups and run up a few flights of stairs every day. You're not even breathing hard after your 'four minute workout'. But thanks for helping me make up my mind about how effective it is.
If anyone is planning on making such a dumb ass investment, STOP, buy a pair of good running shoes, get a gym membership and give me 1/10th of what you were going to pay for 24/7 advice. Seriously I don't give a shit about the science behind it, everytime those what's their face ship out another one of these they laugh in their fist. That can't not be true because this does nothing but squeek annoyingly and take a lot of space.
i got my bodyfat percentage down to about 11% at 188 pounds by picking up progressively heavier stuff and not eating like a moron. cost me about 1/10th what that retarded thing cost
Why does ROM attract so many critics who never try it or pay any attention to the reasoning behind it? 1/The logical foundation of the ROM is faultless, but critics'll never know because they'll never look at it: They've already set an opinion in stone, based on pop-sciencism,(not science).. Of course, #1 wouldn't mean much on its own, but: 2/ ROM WORKS. Critics'll never know that either: They think they already know. Zoe: Fitness: 90% work / 10%diet. Fat loss: 90%d / 10%w. Modify.
such a dumb piece of shit you bought there. you would burn more calories taking a 4 minute shit than using this fucked up piece of Rhino diarrhea

Do you keep records? I'd really like to know what your energy output was at your first workout, and what it was for this workout.
