Jonathan Makai Caka Conbere was stillborn at 36 weeks on Sept 5, 2010 in Seattle WA. He was 4lbs 7 oz, 17.5 inches and had a full head of golden red hair. He was beautiful and perfect. I will miss him forever.

5 days past my due date, 4/21/07. I had my baby boy weighing in at 8#2oz. 21". I still cry about this. The reason is unknown. Chase Xavier Beck I love you!!

Erm... I've never heard stillbirth referred to as SADS... SADS is Sudden *Adult* Death Syndrome. This is the first time I've heard it referred to as that, and I've been obsessed with stillbirth awareness since my son was born still this February.
Okay, enough of me being annoying, sorry *blush*
This lady's amazing, I'd love to get properly involved with stillbirth research and awareness.
RIP Ianto Jack, and all the other Angel Babies out there...

I just came from a funeral today. My BFF's daughter was stillborn on Sept. 15 2009. She was just about to start her 6th month when the Dr. couldn't find a heartbeat and after 1 week, she was induced and gave birth Grace Marie. A poem read at the funeral mass, called "The Cord" is so beautiful and perfect for parents who are going through this.
