@ryanlovestosnowboard 1 guy on an engine, 2 on the tiller, 1 captin in a car, if the engine goes out and the ladder is still in house the ladder crew mans the second engine, if the rescue gets called and the ladder is in house the rescue goes and the ladder stays back since the rescue crew is the ladder crew. really fucked up way of running thigs
