  • hi chef, i tried this recipe 4 times, and in the end, i made it!!! yeah..... perfect recipe!!! thanks .

  • hi, i tried your recipe, but after a few folds, it started getting brittle and breaking. is their something that i did wrong? and also, do i need to cool the sugar completely before using it, or can i start when it is a little hot?

  • Until I watched this video I didn't realize how much skill was involved in the creation of this candy.

  • you can also infuse the candy with cardamon

  • can u use honey in place of corn syrup

  • OMG Never Knew that way of doing it

  • @AliceBabo I mean. Can you use powdered sugar in place of corn starch?

  • What about powdered sugar?

  • @lycheesack thanks man!!!

  • @minitopher11 You did everything, but work fast enough I think, try working using a heat lamp and it will stay pliable for a longer duration! Also try to avoid leaving it on cold surfaces and best of luck!
