I didn't treat it. One Discus is dead by now, but the others are alive. Experienced Discus keepers, including the breeder of the fish I have told me I should give it some time, as medication will just mess up my tank's balance.
If you're looking for meds for your own Discus, from what I've read Praziquantel is the deal for gill flukes.
