good instructions, but probably would have made more sense to shoot this from the cook's perspective. tTo fully understand the process, i had to flip my laptop upside down.

It seems like a lot of extra work but it does work and now I don't cook any whole birds without trussing them first. Good eating!

Alton Brown is awesome. I watched this video last year and again this year. I always come out with a perfectly trussed turkey!
