Disconnecting the output speed sensor will disable the transmission, setting a code and locking the transmission in 1st gear. You will not go anywhere with this code because of the non-communication between the trans and ECU (electronic control unit). ive got a 6 spd in a peterbilt 320 that im diagnosing that wont go faster then 35 unless you head downhill then it will hit the other gears.Is this a torque convertor issue?
