@MidgetHulkSMASH I almost did it but pussed out. There is a theory that since its not a chemical specifically for incapacitation. Its rather a food product sine schoville heat units are governed by the spice trade. That it needs to be demonstrated that it affects the officer adversely on film. So if the officer shoots.
